Eric from http://www.actionengineering.com demonstrates his cool Warrior Supreme pallet for all over and wrap around screen printing.

All over screen printing is usually done with a very large belt screen printer, however Action Engineering has come up with a few different pallet systems for screen printing presses that will allow “regular” screen printing shops to tackle those often requested all over and oversized prints. They also have pallets for over the zipper printing.

Liz from Simply Cotton was kind enough to give me an impromtu interview at the Long Beach ISS Tradeshow.

Getting completely custom blank garments to a specific style is a question that comes up often at T-ShirtForums.com. Sometimes, when folks are starting their own clothing line, they want something different than everything else that is out there.

Simply Cotton had very reasonable minimum orders, a good number of specialty washes and dyes and so I thought I’d share the info I learned with you. Hopefully it helps someone get started with a future t-shirt project!

2 Color Foil Print – Demo by Ryonet at ISS Long Beach 2009

Ryan from Ryonet http://www.silkscreeningsupplies.com was nice enough to allow me to video him doing a demo of screen printing a foil print on t-shirts.

Before this, I was only aware of foil t-shirt vinyl, so it was interesting to see the process of screen printing foil onto a t-shirt.

There are no “cuts” in this video. It’s straight from my handy Aiptek HD camcorder to you Enjoy!
